GHAZIABAD: In what can only be called a ‘barbaric’ incident, after allegedly being raped by at least one of the Muslim savages, the poor dog was tied up to the back of their scooter and then dragged for about three kilometers, before local residents intervened to stop the horror. The stray Mama dog had recently given birth to five puppies just 20 days earlier.

He reportedly confessed to the crime of raping the dog several times before dragging her in the streets. His accomplice, Muhammad Tausif who fled, has also been arrested now.
According to The Times of India, the duo had to be stopped by passersby. The dog was then rushed to Sanjay Gandhi Animal Care Centre, where it succumbed to its injuries. The medical report revealed that the dog had injury marks all over its body.
A spokesperson for People for Animals, Saurabh Gupta, informed, Had they not been caught by the public, the dog would have been dragged for several more kilometres. The dog was breathing heavily when people stopped them.
Reportedly, the accused during the interrogation has revealed that the dog had bitten several people in the locality, therefore, the two men decided to teach the dog a lesson and went on tie the dog to their scooter and dragged her. It is more than likely that the bites occurred because she was trying to protect her newborn puppies from potential abusers.
The PFA have made arrangements for food and shelter for the 5 puppies.
